Yoga for the šŸ¦¶šŸ½

Why?

Coz they bare so much of our weight and itā€™s so important for them to be able to flex and extend so they healthy. Hereā€™s a challenge I personally struggle with but practice. Curl the toes and sit in #vajrasana #thunderboltpose . The kids did this as a two minute challenge šŸ‘£!
