Trying Kukkutasana at kids yoga

One of those pose names in Sanskrit that tickle the kids, here is Kukkutasana. 🐔 🐓 rooster pose. In Sanskrit it’s sounds like an onomatopoeia, when the word sounds like the actual sound.

We have been practicing sitting in lotus 🪷 pose for meditation after which this is a fun arm balance challenge the kids try! These boys managed to hold it up a few seconds. Strong 💪🏽 and Fun attempts!
