Drop back. I should have captured a video but sometimes it’s hard to teach and video and watch the children all at the same time 😆 . So here’s a still shot of a something not so still 😝 . So much is happening; the kids drop back fearlessly into a #urdhvadhanurasana #upwardfacingbow #wheel. So much is working here, the shoulder blades, the neck, the arms, the ribs, the spine, the 🫁 lungs, heart, abs, pelvic area are all gaining space and opening. The legs are stable, rooted and stamping down. I have to share this one is one if my favorites, always feels like a great achievement!
